Compliance of Legal Acts:
'Newsji Network' conducts the business procedures, being managed and advised by lawyer. And if there is possibility of illegal acts on the procedure of the task, 'Newsji Network' refuses to make contract or cancel the contract, even after beginning of procedure. And the result of contract, obtained until that time, will not be given to orderer.
Compliance of Secrecy:
If there is no orderer’s clearly stated agreement of unveiling, 'Newsji Network' keeps the secrecy of the procedure and result of the task. But in case against public interest or, because of illegality, the facts, found by 'Newsji Network', has to be informed to the authorities by the law, 'Newsji Network' may unveil the secrecy to the public or inform the facts to the authorities.
