Partnership Aims to Train Medical Coordinators and Improve Korea¡¯s Global Healthcare Image
Date: 2025-03-08

SEOUL -- BROADMEDI, a leading medical tourism platform of CREINNOS, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Hospital Coordinator Association (KHCA) to enhance service quality in the global medical tourism market. This agreement focuses on training professional medical coordinators for foreign patient care and establishing a systematic medical tourism service, marking a significant step toward boosting industry credibility and enhancing Korea’s national image internationally.

Through this agreement, both parties will collaboratively pursue key initiatives, including:

- Developing specialized curricula for international medical coordinators
- Operating hospital practical training and customer service (CS) education programs
- Strengthening cooperation by sharing expertise and resources
- Expanding efforts to build a trusted medical environment and enhance Korea’s global medical competitiveness

A structured medical coordinator training program will be established to ensure that foreign patients receive safe and reliable medical services. BROADMEDI plans to train professional medical coordinators to facilitate smooth communication between hospitals and patients, thereby enhancing the expertise and service quality of the medical tourism industry. Additionally, the company aims to increase transparency in the medical tourism market, addressing the ongoing issue of illegal brokers and ultimately improving trust in Korea’s healthcare system.

A representative from BROADMEDI stated that this agreement will elevate the quality of medical tourism services and strengthen Korea’s global competitiveness in the healthcare industry. He added that more than just a service enhancement, this partnership contributes to improving Korea’s national image and economic growth.

Following this MOU, BROADMEDI plans to expand its customized medical tourism services in collaboration with medical coordinators and systematize local medical coordinator training and operations. This initiative will further enhance accessibility to Korean medical services in the global market, helping Korea establish itself as a leading global medical tourism hub. The company is committed to fostering a trusted and sustainable medical tourism ecosystem while creating an optimal environment for international patients seeking high-quality medical care in Korea.
