NEWBURYPORT, Mass. – Rochester Electronics has unveiled a refreshed version of its South Korean website, aiming to streamline component sourcing and order management for customers in the region. The company announced that the enhanced online commerce portal is designed to deliver a faster, more user-friendly purchasing experience.
The updated platform introduces several new functions. Prices are now displayed in South Korean won, though transactions continue to be processed in U.S. dollars. Expanded product searches, improved filter options, and alternative part recommendations allow for quicker browsing. Customers can upload product lists to efficiently purchase both future and in-stock inventory, while in-stock notifications help track availability.
Additional features include improved order management and history services, shipment tracking, downloadable invoices, and one-click repurchasing. Account options for billing, shipping, and terms have also been added, alongside support for all major credit cards.
Beyond transactional improvements, Rochester has launched a new resource library containing solution catalogs, flyers, white papers, and recorded webinars, offering customers access to industry-related information.
Founded in 1981, Rochester Electronics has consistently emphasized customer success. The company stated that the refreshed South Korean website reflects its commitment to meeting customer expectations “anytime, anywhere,” by providing tools that simplify processes and enhance efficiency.
