NEW YORK -- On April 9, 2024, Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: JEF) (“JFG”, “we” or “our”) priced €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”) and €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2029 (the “2029 Notes” and, together with the 2026 Notes, the “Notes”), each under its Euro Medium Term Note Program. The 2026 Notes will mature on April 16, 2026 and the 2029 Notes will mature on April 16, 2029. The offering of the Notes is expected to settle on April 16, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. JFG intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes for general corporate purposes.
