Under the agreement, GoodWe products compliant with and qualified for certification under the SunSpec Rapid Shutdown Specification will not infringe on claims of Tigo licensed patents. Tigo rapid shutdown technology will be deployed in the GoodWe Rapid Shutdown Device.
